Most of what we do sits at the end of the programme, when the drywall is up and the finishes are going on. That is the work a client walks into and judges the whole build by — and it is unforgiving, because there is nothing left to hide behind.

Our crews install slat ceilings and feature walls in white oak and similar hardwoods, the reception and bar millwork that anchors a lobby, and the door and casework packages that go with them. We have done it in hotel lobbies, restaurants, hospitals, schools and airports, for builders including Ledcor, EllisDon, PCL, ITC, Bosa and Axiom.

Working alongside other trades

A finish package lives or dies on coordination. Sprinkler heads, diffusers, lighting and access panels all land in the same ceiling we are slatting, and the setting-out has to account for them before the first board goes up. Our senior carpenters sit in the coordination conversation rather than discovering it on site — which is what "getting it done bang on" actually means in practice.

Capacity

We are a small, experienced core crew that scales through our own labour-hire side, so we can staff a larger package without handing it to people we have never worked with. If you need numbers on site next week as well as a finish package in three months, we can do both.
